Backs to the sea, faces to the light.
There’s something about a group of people moving together at golden hour that words don’t quite reach — you just have to feel it in your body.
Grateful for every soul who shows up to sit in the sand with me. 🌾

Something is coming. 🕯️
Root & Flame — a candlelit Samhain ceremony.
As the year turns and the veil grows thin, we gather to honour the dark half of the year, and the ones who came before us.
An evening of warmth, ritual and remembrance — a space to soften, to set down what you’re ready to release, and to be held as the season deepens.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter. 🤎
Full details to follow.

So, what actually happens at one of these beach gatherings?
We start with cacao, warm in your hands. Then we move — nothing you can’t do, whatever your body’s up for in the moment. There’s a bit where we turn toward the stuff we usually keep tucked away, and then, if you’re brave enough, the sea (yes, the actual North Sea — and no, t’s not as cold as you’re imagining!!). We scribble in journals, take a quiet moment to land, and head home lighter than we arrived.
That’s it. That’s the whole thing. No experience needed, nothing to prepare, no getting it “right.” Just turn up as you are.
Come on your own, come with a mate. Stand at the back if you want to.
You don’t have to arrive as anything other than exactly who you are today.
If you’ve been watching from the sidelines wondering whether it’s for you — it is. Come and find out. 🤍

There’s nothing fancy about what we do down on that beach.
No performance. No pressure to be anything other than exactly where you are.
It’s a simple thing, really. Tried and tested. We meet each month, we meet you where you are, and we let the rest happen on its own. Room to open. To move. To wash it all off. To just be.
The events do what they need to do.
Nothing more, nothing less — and that’s kind of the whole point.
Same sea, same sky, same coming back to yourself.
Come and join us. 🤍

Salt water and sand — a special combination.
Used for centuries to cleanse, to charge, and to hold our sacred intentions. Water gathered, held, offered back.
There’s something about standing at the edge of the sea. The salt takes what you no longer need. The sand grounds you back into your body. The horizon reminds you how small the thing you were worrying about actually is.
Do you notice how you feel at the beach?
Tell me — what does it do for you? 🌊

There’s a specific kind of exhale that happens at dusk 🌅
The day starts to release you. The light changes. The to-do list loses its grip — just a little.
On Friday 10 July, we’re meeting at Marske Beach at 7pm. Right in that window.
Cacao. Movement. Cold water if you want it. Fire. A little time to sit with yourself before the night comes in.
The new moon is in Cancer — which, if you follow that kind of thing, is the sign most associated with home. With what we carry. With the parts of us that learned to hold everything quietly and keep going.
This evening isn’t about doing more. It’s about arriving somewhere and letting yourself be still for a bit.
Sand underfoot. Sea air. The kind of company that doesn’t need much from you.
If that sounds like something your body needs — come.
