because showing up is always enough — but with beachside yoga & cacao, I want to give you something more than that.

I want to create an oasis. a real break from the every day. somewhere the atmosphere and ambience feel supportive, safe, and a little bit special.

so yes, I could just roll out a mat and pour a cup. but I love creating the space around it — because you deserve a space worth stepping into. 🌊✨

Between the Tides is a sacred evening ceremony on the beach — a space to exhale, release, and prepare the ground for what’s becoming.

On Friday 12th June at Marske Beach, we’ll move through slow flow somatic yoga, a horizon meditation, sacred cacao, journalling, a closing fire circle — and for those who feel called, an optional dip in the sea 🌊🍫🔥

This one is for you if you’ve been feeling like something needs to shift. Like you’re standing at the edge of something new but haven’t quite let go of the old yet.

The tide is turning. Come meet it. 🌑

As the sun sets and the moon rises, we’ll move, breathe and reconnect — with ourselves, with nature, and with each other. Expect yoga, meditation, warm cacao, a cosy fire circle, and an optional sea swim 🌊💛
