🏆 SEPTEMBER MEMBERS OF THE MONTH 🏆

ZOE & MIKE GIBSON ❤️💪

This month we’re doing something a little different and giving the award to a husband-and-wife team who have been a huge part of Any1Active from pretty much the beginning!

Zoe & Mike have been with us since the early Acklam Green days, around 3½ years ago, and their consistency and support over that time has been incredible.

Zoe was the first to join and somehow managed to persuade Mike to come along too… and they’ve never looked back! 😂

They both give 100% in every class and are always willing to take on whatever challenge I throw at them. Although, if Zoe had her way, I think she’d occasionally skip the workout altogether and go straight to the coffee and Tasty Tarts… but we won’t mention that! 🤷‍♂️☕🍰🤣

They’re both brilliant fun to have in class and are always looking out for everyone else — whether that’s helping someone who’s forgotten which station they’re on or keeping the class moving. And if I’ve made a mistake, don’t worry… Mike will spot it and let me know immediately! 🤣

But what makes these two special isn’t just what they do during classes.

They get involved in everything. Sunday walks, get-togethers outside the gym, new challenges — they’re there. They’re always willing to help put equipment away, and Mike has even perfected the very important role of washing the coffee cups! 🫣😂

Over the years, I’ve watched both Zoe and Mike come such a long way with their fitness, physically and mentally. Their commitment, attitude and consistency are exactly what Any1Active is about.

I know I say this quite often, but these two genuinely could have won this award a long time ago. They aren’t just members who turn up and train — they’re part of the furniture now! 😂 More importantly, they’re a massive part of the community we’ve built.

Any1Active wouldn’t be the same without people like Zoe & Mike. ❤️

So a massive congratulations to our September Members of the Month — Zoe & Mike Gibson! 🏆🏆

Keep putting the work in, keep making everyone laugh, keep helping others…

And most importantly, keep being Zoe & Mike! 💪❤️

🏆 AUGUST MEMBER OF THE MONTH — LINZI THIRKELL! 🏆

A massive congratulations to Lynzi, our very deserving August Member of the Month! 👏❤️

Lynzi has been training with us at Any1Active for over 2 years now, and in that time she’s become a massive part of the place.

She’s always happy, always smiling and ALWAYS very chatty 🤣 In fact, half the time when I’m trying to tell people what to do, Lynzi has already beaten me to it and is telling everyone for me 🤷‍♂️😂

She keeps everybody right and knows exactly what’s going on with everyone — she’s basically the mother of the gym 🤣 And if you’re wondering why somebody hasn’t turned up to class, don’t worry… Lynzi will tell you. She genuinely doesn’t seem capable of lying or keeping anything to herself 😂🫣

She works just around the corner from the gym, so you’ll regularly see her running over to get here — and once she arrives, she always gives maximum effort in every session.

Does she whinge while she’s doing it?
Absolutely. 🤣🤣
Would it even be a proper session if Lynzi didn’t have something to say about it? Probably not! 🫣😂

But jokes aside, her consistency has been absolutely brilliant. She very rarely misses training unless she’s away on holiday or there’s genuinely something serious stopping her. Week after week, she turns up, works hard and gives everything she’s got. 💪

And that consistency over more than two years says everything about her.

But Lynzi brings much more to Any1Active than just her training. She brings personality, laughter and energy to the gym. She looks out for everyone, makes people feel welcome and is one of those people who helps make our community what it is.

She’s a fantastic person inside and out, and we’re genuinely lucky to have her as part of the Any1Active family. ❤️

Everybody loves Lynzi — even if she does tell them what to do, grass them up when they miss class and whinge her way through every workout 🤣🤣

This award is thoroughly deserved.
