A week until my next Restorative practice. Come along and join us for some poses that will stretch and relax you and guarantee a good night's sleep. And then there's the delicious homemade cake! Exchange is £27.50 🙏🏻

Day #9 of my retreat in Goa. We wrapped it up with a dynamic Vinyasa Flow encompassing Berundha Gandasana (Formidable Face Pose) Matsyasana (Fish Pose) and Sirsana (Headstand.) In our closing circle we held hands and chanted our final ohm before heading out onto the beach for a photo shoot. Feeling very blessed to be here in India practising with 10 of my students. 🙏🏻
