🦢🚴 Final stop of the day… The Swan, MK Village! 🍻
What a finish! We rolled in to an amazing crowd of supporters who gave us a fantastic welcome. We were also lucky enough to arrive during Swanfest, so the atmosphere, music and celebrations made the perfect ending to an incredible day. 🎶🎉
A huge thank you to all the amazing staff at The Swan, and Charmaine and Lukas, for providing two barrels of beer. We paid for the beer, and every penny raised from it is going straight to ROF. 🍺❤️
The biggest thank you, though, goes to everyone who donated throughout the day. Whether it was a few pounds or more, every single donation helps and really does make a huge difference. Your generosity means the world to us.
To everyone who cheered us on, welcomed us into your pubs, donated, rode alongside us, or simply supported us from afar… thank you for making the Swan Swang such a memorable day. Until next time… cheers! 🦢🍻❤️

🚴♂️🦢 Next stop: The Swan at Woughton on the Green!
By this point our legs were definitely feeling every mile, and we were running a little behind schedule, so this one had to be a quick hydration stop. 💧🚴
There was still time for the all-important team photo 📸, but sadly no time for a well-earned pint. We had to leave the fan club behind to represent ROF while we pushed on to the next stop. 🍻
A huge apology to everyone at The Swan that we couldn’t stay longer—you were brilliant hosts, and we’ll definitely be back to put that right! Until next time… 🦢🍺

🚴♂️🦢 A quick downhill coast (we’re sticking to that story! 😆) brought us to The Swan in Woburn Sands, where we were greeted by the amazing ROF fan club! 🎉
Even better, we picked up a couple of extra riders to join the Swan Swang convoy. The flock is growing! 🦢🚴♀️🚴♂️
Of course, all that cycling is thirsty work, so another refreshment stop was absolutely essential… purely for hydration purposes, obviously! 🍺😉
Onwards we go… let’s see where the next Swan takes us!

🦢🍻 The next watering hole on the Swan Swang brought us to The Swan in Cranfield… and what a sight for sore legs! 😅
After battling enough hills to question all our life choices, this was a very well-earned pit stop. Drinks? Yes. Rest? Absolutely. Regretting that last hill? Maybe just a little. 😂
The good news? It’s all downhill from here! (Famous last words… we’ll believe it when we see it! 🚴♂️🤣)

Our Swan Swang adventure continued with the next stop: the beautiful village of Astwood! 🦢🍻
We pulled in at The Old Swan – and trust us, this one’s not to be missed. After tackling a few not-so-little hills (who put those there?! 😅), we’d definitely earned a quick refreshment, a leg massage (or at least a good sit down!), and a chance to catch our breath.
Refuelled, rehydrated, and with our legs only slightly complaining, it was time to saddle up and head off towards Cranfield. 🚴♂️💨
One swan stop at a time… who’s following the adventure? 🦢🍺

Swan Swang is officially underway! 🦢🚴
We’ve pedalled our way to our first watering hole, The Swan Revived… all in the name of keeping hydrated, of course! 🍻😉
A huge thank you to everyone at The Swan Revived for the warm welcome, the refreshments, and the delicious bacon rolls—they gave us just the fuel we needed! 🥓☕
Now it’s back in the saddle as we head for our next stop, The Swan at Astwood. The sun is shining, the bikes are rolling, and, so far, everyone’s still upright! ☀️🚴😂
Onwards to the next Swan! 🦢🍻
