Goju-Ryu Karate Milton Keynes

Today was adult grading at Milton Keynes. 1 promoted to 9th kyu, 2 to 6th kyu, 3 to 5th kyu and 1 to 2nd kyu! Epic efforts to those that challenged their 5-man kumite, that was intense!

Question: is anyone cancelling their martial arts classes because of this heat in the UK?

The "Crying Dragon" (Nakiryu) holds a special place in my heart. I have visited this shrine in Nikko with my brother, mother, father and friends who all visited me in Japan at separate times. So probably one of my most visited places in Japan.
