The people we see get the best results in September aren’t the ones who start with the biggest plan.
They’re the ones who pick two things, stick to them for six weeks, and realise somewhere around week four that the consistency itself has become the habit.
That’s what we’re actually building here. Not a six week result. A version of this that’s still working in January.
If you want help working out what your two things should be, the link’s in the bio.

The advice was never the problem. The level of implementation was.
Most people have been told exactly what to do.
Calorie deficit, protein, sleep, movement, water.
The boring stuff.
The stuff that doesn’t sell supplements or programmes or 14-day challenges.
And it works, every time, for everyone who actually does it.
That’s the job - not finding a better answer, but actually doing the one that already exists.

If you keep losing and gaining the same weight, the missing piece is usually maintenance - not more effort.
The Fat Loss Blueprint covers exactly this.

Most people assume the best coaches are the ones with the most knowledge. The most certifications. The most advanced programming.
14 years of this tells a different story.
The coaches who build real careers - the ones clients stay with for years, refer their friends to, trust completely - aren’t the ones who knew the most on day one. they’re the ones who took the work seriously before anyone asked them to. Who held themselves to a standard when nobody was watching. Who communicated well, showed up everyday, cared about every person in the room - not just the client in front of them.
You can sit someone down and teach them anatomy. You can refine their coaching cues over months. You can build their programming knowledge session by session.
You can’t teach someone to care. You can’t teach the standard they hold themselves to when it’s inconvenient. You can’t teach the professionalism that makes a client feel like they’re in the right hands before a single rep is done.
That’s the foundation. And if it isn’t there, none of the technical stuff sits on anything solid.
It’s why at The PT Centre, we start with the person. Not the knowledge.

Let’s talk about what actually moves the needle.
Not the strict meal plan.
Not the six day training split.
Not cutting out everything you enjoy and replacing it with things you don’t.
Most people who finally get results didn’t do more.
They did less.
But they did it every single day.
One serving of protein in every meal.
Three training sessions a week, every week.
A rough plan for the week ahead so you’re not making decisions when you’re tired and hungry.
That’s it.
Not exciting. Not dramatic. Nothing worth posting about on Instagram.
But 12 months of that looks completely different to 12 months of trying everything and sticking to nothing.
The people who’ve been with us for years didn’t transform their lives by changing everything at once.
They picked 2 or 3 things that fit around their actual life and they didn’t stop.
There are circumstances where you need to be more dialled in. More structure, more precision, more focus on the detail.
But for most people, most of the time?
That’s the entire thing.
