Massive congratulations to Michaela 👏🎾
Michaela only picked up tennis in her 40s, but through hard work, consistency and a real passion for the game, she’s progressed through her coaching journey passing the LTA readiness test and started her Level 3 coaching course this week 💪
She’s already made a huge impact at the club, helping grow participation and creating a welcoming environment

Over 80 players took part in our Pickleball tournament today in partnership with Inclusive Rackets Pickleball and pickleball_people_uk
Fantastic energy, brilliant matches, and such a great mix of players coming together to compete and have fun.
Huge thanks to everyone who entered, and crosssportsfutures for allowing us to run this event.
We look forward to another day tomorrow with our festival! 👍

Pen-y-ffordd Tennis Club has won Tennis Wales Club of the Year 🏆
Back in 2012, the club was close to closing with just 68 members and significant financial challenges.
Fast forward to today and the club is thriving with over 250 members 🎾
A huge testament to the hard work of the committee and coaching team, and the continued support of the club members 🎾👏
