Since March 2009 (when ZF Neston was founded) Zone Fitness has helped hundreds of people get Fitter, Faster, Stronger, Slimmer, and generally feeling a hell of a lot better about themselves. We could fill you full of meaningless information about our instructors qualifications and how good our exercise and nutrition programmes are, but we don't need to, just here it straight from our members in our reviews. We have a supplement shop to ensure your body is getting all the nutrients it requires and we guarantee to beat any prices. Many friendships have been formed at Zone Fitness due to the positive, relaxed atmosphere where a helping hand is never too far away. Grunters and weight throwers don't last long here at Zone Fitness, the few rules of the centre ensure a happy gym environment for all.

🪩 Next month coach Rob is putting on a special private event, which will be an evening of rave classics.

On Saturday 24 October at 6pm (after the gym has closed), doors will be opened up to those on the guest list.

Upon arrival guests will receive a complimentary (non alcoholic) shot. They will then take part in a high intensity bodyweight class, with the studio playing some absolute rave classics and firing out additional lighting, to create that retro club-like environment. Glow sticks will also be provided.

The class will then be followed by an after party until 9pm, where teas, coffees and cake will be served.

Its £10 to book your place on the guest list. Please note there will be limited spaces available.

😍THE NEW LADIES CHANGING ROOMS OPEN TOMORROW 🚿

They’re finally ready.

We’ve built a brand new ladies’ changing room to give you a much better experience at The Zone. More space, a fresh new look, extra shower, extra toilet, new lockers and a high end finish with quartz worktops and gold showers

It’s taken a little longer than we originally planned with a few supplier issues, but we wanted to make sure everything was right before opening them.

Open from tomorrow morning.

We hope you love them.❤️
