‼️Announcement for a new class format‼️

From next week:
Wednesdays at 12:45pm is now a WOD using barbells, dumbbells and cardio focusing on functional movements.

This class is perfect if you either have an afternoon to yourself, a lunch break when you work from home or if you struggle to make the morning and evening classes.

We look forward to seeing you all

Graham the Tiler has worked all weekend to keep us on track for the new ladies changing rooms, what a guy 🙏🏼

The Zone will never be finished, it’s like that bridge they have to keep painting and starting again when it’s done.

We’re always looking to improve the experience.

Reinvesting into the Zone and watching it get bigger and better is always what will excite and motivate me and I hope it does you guys too. You’re the reason we do it.
