Higher Frequency Beach Sound Baths are coming to Machroes Beach, right by Mickey’s Cafe Bar.

7.30am start

No booking.
No experience needed.
No awkward sharing.

Just bring something to lie on (and whatever you need to be warm and comfortable), find yourself a spot on the sand and let us do the rest.

As always, these beach mornings are open to everyone and donations are more than welcome 🤍

Then on Friday we’re back where this summer started 🌊 Traeth Ty’n Tywyn / Quarry Beach at 8am.

And after that, there are only TWO possible mornings left before we pack up our bowls and say goodbye to our Abersoch summer.

If you want us back at Machroes next Wednesday… come and show me tomorrow 👀

Otherwise, our final Quarry Beach morning will be Friday 28th August.

So we are GO with this week’s magical beach sound bath!

No need to book as these are FREE to those that need it!
Donations are received with love and thanks for those that would prefer to exchange with cash, BACS or PayPal although there isn’t expectation.

Bring what you need to get comfy on the sand for 60minutes with the chance for a dip in the nearing high tide afterwards 🌊〰️☀️🐬 (yes last year we did once have the dolphins join us immediately after a sound bath…they must have heard the call of the frequencies 🥰)
