You show up, you put in the work, you are rewarded. Immediately, the sense of achievement, the endorphins, the shared expression. Long term, effort arranged and compounded to form structures that all can see. Strength, stamina, confidence, mobility, dependability, self esteem, respect.

It’s impossible to show up with any decent degree of consistency and not feel rewarded.
