Walking taller, chest out prouder...
He only wanted structure... and now his confidence is through the roof.
Andrew came to me wanted a bit of guidance in terms of his training.
Sick of spinning his wheels.
Not seeing any difference.
Being the Dad that trains but maybe doesn't necessarily look the part.
Something needed to change.
And that's where our body recomp has come in - a very small drop in weight as we drop bodyfat and increase muscle (yes, it can be done!)
We created his programme, monitored his nutrition...
And the biggest difference maker for him?
Through our video feedback on his training videos.
Telling him how many more reps I expected based off what I saw. Telling him the changes and tweaks to make the most out of each exercise I programmed in.
And then led us from unstructured to a man who has redefined the Dadbod.
Gained muscle whilst dropping body fat.
Confidence increased MASSIVELY with a holiday round the corner.
Not everything is about huge drops in weight, as this recomp is something myself and Andrew are super proud of.
Time to be the biggest Dad at the poolside 🫡👏🏻

When have you ever even THOUGHT something like this to yourself?
My guess is never.
Maybe because you've never been in the position of getting the image or results you truly desire.
You've heard it a thousand times but working with a coach genuinely takes out the guesswork.
All the questions that go round your head when you do it yourself.
"Are my calories right?"
"Is my training right?"
"When should I be doing XYZ"
All the avoid that feeling of self consciousness.
To avoid feeling s**t when you wear that top you've wanted for ages and it just doesn't feel right.
To avoid feeling like you need to cover up when you're in holiday.
The thing is, I've been doing this almost 15 years now - I know what works and what doesn't.
And largely the people things don't work with are those who are adamant to still fit in their takeaways, or not count their unicorn frappe latte-cino, or give themselves an out.
You can't hold yourself accountable because your emotions control what happens next, not logic or data.
Whereas when you invest in a coach , I follow the data and make informed decisions WHILST listening to what you want and need.
And that results in messages like the above.
It's not a coincidence that messages like these are sent on the regular from clients.
And I never repost the same message.
So maybe it's finally your turn to take out the guesswork and reach out.
So that in a couple months, it'll be you sending messages like this.

Some of you didn't realise I coached ladies...
Exclusively online, I do... and this is the kind of results we get.
We are only four months deep into Charlotte's coaching journey, but she came to me with a very cool goal.
TO LEARN.
She actually said she wanted more of a purpose in the gym.
To be leaner and stronger, but to understand it more.
And now we're 9kg down.
And her waist is 9cm down 🤯 wtf!!
This wasn't a drastic diet but did require chsnge from usual habits, limiting the amount of drinks she had at nights out and work events, and not resorting to UberEats on a weekend.
Structure. Through training and nutrition reviews.
Accountability. By sending videos of her training.
Results. Because when you do the work, it HAS to show.
And now she's got a holiday to Greece booked for next month to soak in the Mediterranean coastline with her new-found confidence.
With plans to switch her goals upon her return, how exciting!
It's not that people make mistakes.
It's that sometimes we fall into habits of old.
It's my job to nip that in the bud and get the best out of someone.
Because their training will reflect on their physique and a lot of their day to day.
Coaching isn't "nit-picking", it's giving the person in front of you@the best opportunity to make the most of something.

See when you're deep into a transformation, weight training is largely to preserve muscle and give you the shape you want.
But training harder isn't going to give you the transformation you want.
There's a lot of elements, and depending on the time scale, it can be very time consuming.
Don't get me wrong, I coach transformations, I coach lifestyle, I coach Hyrox and more.
But the mind blowing stuff is hard.
I can't pretend otherwise.
But it's also worth it.
