🌀Neutral spine isn’t about being completely flat — it’s about maintaining the natural curves of your spine.
🧘♀️Your spine naturally has gentle curves through the neck, upper back, and lower back — neutral supports these, not removes them.
⚖️It’s a position where your body feels balanced and supported, allowing your muscles to work efficiently without unnecessary tension.
🤸♀️Neutral will look slightly different on everyone depending on posture, flexibility, and body structure — there’s no one “perfect” shape.
💪In Pilates, we use neutral spine to build strength, improve alignment, and protect the body during movement.
