A comfortable 4-0 win this morning against Ferryhill Dynamos in a good all round display from the lads.

Could’ve quite easily been 10 but we’re a bit too nice sometimes but two wins on the trot and we’ll go again next week.

Anyone needing post match recovery this place is perfect 👀⚽️

Not many people know this, but I also have a wellness centre in Durham 💙

Although I offer some of my aesthetics treatments and training from there, the space is primarily dedicated to holistic therapies, wellness and training.

We offer training in treatments including Hijama/wet cupping, Shiatsu, Japanese Head Spa, ear candling, reflexology, Reiki and plenty more.

And the wellness side doesn’t stop there… we also have a floatation tank, VelusJet Dry Water Massage Bed, infrared sauna and ice bath — and I’m currently in the process of importing an oxygen chamber too! 🙌

Between being so busy with aesthetics training and squeezing in a few European mini breaks 😂, I’ve definitely put the wellness centre on the back burner for a while… although I’ve been making very good use of all the equipment myself!

But that’s about to change. 👀

I’m putting the wellness centre right at the top of my to-do list and getting everything ready to fully open it up to the public.

We leave the league fixtures behind on Sunday as we travel to Bede Lodge in the 2nd Round of the Alan Smith Memorial Trophy.

Hopefully we can get on a cup run and start a good run of form.

Down to the bare bones again this morning as we lost 1-0 against Shildon Royal George.

A game of very few chances and not much entertainment but fair play to Shildon, good set of lads and all the best to them for the rest of the season.

We go again tomorrow morning as we make a short trip to Shildon for the return fixture against Shildon Royal George.

Always a tough ask organising a side on August Bank Hokiday weekend but we will give it a good go.

From 1st September, I’ll be offering clinics from this incredible new location in Middlesbrough, inside the beautiful Gibson House, home to Skins & Needles.

It’s a fantastic space bringing a range of services together under one roof, including tattoo artists, laser treatments, a piercing studio, holistic therapies and, in the future, a gym — with the added bonus of plenty of parking for clients.

I’ll be holding clinics here one full day or two half days each week, alongside my other clinic locations across the North East.

I’m really excited to bring Filler Queen Aesthetics to Middlesbrough and welcome both existing and new clients to this gorgeous new space. 💕👑
