The support, kind messages and appreciation shown towards our coaching team this week has honestly been incredible. Some parents even brought gifts, protein bars, chocolates & drinks for the staff — something we never expect, but massively appreciate 🙏

After 6 years, I’m still blown away by the community we’re building across Northamptonshire. Northampton & Kettering are both thriving, and the relationships we now have with local schools, families and children are something I’m incredibly proud of.

A huge credit also goes to the children this week 👏
Hundreds of smiles, loads of energy and not a single child sent home all camp — which says everything about the respect, environment and culture being created ❤️

Having fully qualified PE teachers alongside UEFA qualified coaches massively helps us deliver high-quality camps, but the biggest thing is the connection our staff now have with the children. The atmosphere all week has been unbelievable 🔥

Thank you again for trusting us with your children every weekend and every holiday camp 🙏

I’ll never forget when 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐬 first came to Bradders Academy… Some weeks we could barely get him onto the pitch away from Mum’s arms 🥹⚽️

But week by week, session by session, his confidence started to grow. He smiled more, communicated more, competed more and slowly developed into a strong, confident young footballer 👏📈

Although 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐬 eventually moved away from Northampton with family commitments, it’s been amazing staying part of his football journey through the updates his Mum still sends me ❤️
