The Miuras Mouse is undoubtedly a great lure....but it's not cheap! So when your tail gets shredded (and it will because the Pike love em!) you don't want to be replacing the whole lot. Full range of spare tails for the smaller size now in stock ;) Get them from the shop direct (either in person or by mail order) or if you prefer off the dreaded Ebay....and who knows one day we might even find the time to get them up on the website!

Hopefully all be done within the next week but please bear with us and be aware if visting either of the two shops. As usual though pike baits etc will not be available untill 1st October. Many thanks. If you are planning to call into get/look at anything that we will be removing such as carp or catfish gear always worth calling ahead so we can ensure it is to hand.

Well the pike gear is put away until October but being predator specialist we will be back bang on the Perch again! Plenty of choice of Perch gear from rods to probably one of the widest selection of lures in the area...and of course a good selection of dedicated nets including these crackers from Westin. Soon as shop is fully sorted and open for new season we will do a quick "walk around" video show casing the Perch gear.

Well things are pretty hectic here! This year as well as all our normal closed season jobs we have several building projects underway and a lot of changing around in the Horning shop! Was hoping to do the Womack branch as well but other than removing the pike gear and putting out the summer stuff the Womack work will have to go on hold.
Due to the chaos its even more important to remember that the tackle side of Horning is closed (boat and marine equipment only on Saturday and Sunday mornings) BUT as always if its urgent we are happy to accomodate providing you both arrange first and accept the mess! There will be changes as well this year to our scheduled "Summer hours" at Horning (Womack will remain same as usual i.e. in line with Big Shops hours) will post the new hours on our various platforms once we go firm. .
Heres one of the new additions thats nearly complete, the full range of the very popular Holy Mackerel catfish tackle and bait range. Fits in nicely with our predator identity and ethic of not promoting summer time piking.

Loads of you have been asking about this since we started stocking the Jerk. The Swim has done well here on the Broads but l reckon the Jerk will be even better suited to our shallow waters. Looking forward to the Autumn to try.
