Norwich Rebels Norwich Rebels are a mixed Touch Rugby club based in Norwich - Social & Competitive Touch for all

Norwich Rebels are a Touch Rugby team based at Eaton Park, Norwich; this is where we play and train the majority of the year. (During the winter we also run a weekly session at the UEA Sportspark on their all weather pitches)

Everyone of all ages, abilities and fitness levels are more than welcome. You don't need specific kit, experience or prior training to get started - just get in contact and come along! Our players range from complete beginners to regional and national squad representatives. As such we are able to make sure we can be as inclusive as possible having something for everyone. We compete in local friendlies, regional as well as National tournaments.

Liam has been at Rebels for several years now, always friendly and welcoming to new players... so we thought we'd make it official!

If you are new to Rebels and not sure who to speak to when you turn up at a social session, look out for Liam - he'll tell you everything you need to know.

We offer Sunday social all through the year - a great way to throw yourself in and learn by doing. Or for those who like a bit more structure, Thursday evening training might be your thing.

We offer something suited for everyone - beginners to advanced, all genders, all ages 14+

Drop us a message to find out more today!

This means you can work out the best option for you.

As always - first session is free - so you can come and give it a go!

On the 5th September we held the very first Rebels Wrapped social and updates from the committee BBQ.

The committee from 2025/26 wanted to get as many people from the club together to look back at our successes over the last season, give updates on some plans for the year ahead and of course, remind everyone that there are always opportunities to get involved as a volunteer within the club.

We've condensed those updates down into this handy post (as we know no one likes reading long minutes!) - so take a look through!

* Those who attended Rebels Wrapped might notice a slight change to the training/monthly pricing we had announced - this was due to a financial review after deciding the winter training arrangements.

Anyone who has any comments, questions, concerns or skills that would be useful in growing the club, please do get in touch!

Thank you - Helen, Andy, Kalib (Your 2025/26 committee)

Rebels came second against the super speedy !

We love it when our 'competitive' and 'social' teams come together for a tournament - it just shows however you like to play touch it can all work together.

Thanks to Chris for team captaining and getting us to the right pitch at the right time on the day.

Well done to Charlie - our MVP for the day - you stepping 4 players at the line to get a try was 👀

And huge congratulations to Ashton for levelling up his reffing and gaining his level 1 ref badge!
