If you've ever felt like you've tried everything but nothing seems to stick, health coaching could be exactly what you need.
It's not another diet.
It's not another exercise programme.
And it's certainly not about perfection.
Health coaching is about helping you understand why you feel the way you do.
Together we'll explore the connection between your stress, sleep, nutrition, movement, mindset and lifestyle to uncover the patterns that have been affecting your health.
I'll give you the knowledge, tools and support to make changes that feel achievable, sustainable and built around your life, not someone else's.
Think of me as your coach, educator and biggest supporter, guiding you to understand your body, not simply manage your symptoms.
You already have the ability to improve your health.
My job is to help you reconnect with it.

One of the biggest shifts I've made over the years is realising that health isn't just about what we eat or how much we exercise.
It's also about the environment we create around us.
This doesn't mean aiming for a perfectly "toxin-free" lifestyle—that isn't realistic. It simply means becoming more aware of the products we use every day and making small, manageable swaps where they feel right for us.
Every small change helps reduce your overall exposure over time.
You don't have to do everything at once.
Start with one habit.
Build from there.
Progress over perfection.
✨ Save this post for inspiration when you're ready to make your next small swap.

For so long, we’ve been taught that better health comes from doing more.
More discipline.
More exercise.
More restriction.
But lasting health isn’t built through perfection.
It’s built through understanding.
Understanding your body.
Listening to its signals.
Responding with curiosity instead of criticism.
Small, consistent changes, made at the right time, will always take you further than chasing perfection ever will.

WHAT HAPPENED WHEN I STOPPED DOING THIS ONE THING........
Without really thinking about it, my supplement routine slowly disappeared.
There wasn't a big reason.
Life got busy and the habit just faded away.
At the same time, I noticed my energy getting lower.
The strange part?
I was still eating well, sleeping well, moving my body and looking after myself.
Then it clicked.
I'd stopped taking the supplements that had quietly become part of my routine.
I've always struggled to stay consistent with supplements because I never noticed the benefits...
Until I noticed the absence of them.
Since restarting them, my sleep has improved, I'm waking feeling more refreshed and my energy has started to return.
It reminded me that sometimes the habits supporting us are so subtle, we only appreciate them when they're gone.
The biggest lesson?
Don't underestimate the small things you do consistently.
They often matter more than you realise.
**The supplements I take have been chosen specifically for me and support my lifestyle—they're not a replacement for good nutrition or healthy habits.

How often do you ignore what your body is trying to tell you?
You feel exhausted…
So you drink another coffee.
You feel stressed…
So you push through and tell yourself you’ll rest later.
You’ve gained weight…
So you eat less and exercise more.
You can’t concentrate…
So you assume you’re just lazy or unmotivated.
Over time, we become so used to overriding these signals that we stop listening altogether.
We tell ourselves:
“I’m just getting older.”
“Everyone feels like this.”
“I just need to try harder.”
And whilst those things may sometimes be true, if these feelings are becoming more frequent, lasting longer, or starting to affect your daily life, it might be worth becoming curious rather than dismissing them.
Instead of asking,
“How do I make this feeling go away?”
Try asking,
“What might my body be trying to communicate?”
Could it be asking for more rest?
More nourishment?
Less stress?
More movement?
More connection?
Learning to pause, listen and respond with curiosity instead of criticism is one of the most powerful shifts you can make.
Your body isn’t working against you.
It’s communicating with you.
The question is…
Are you listening?

There’s something about this time of year that you can really feel.
After months of slower days, heavier foods, and lower energy, things start to shift. The days get lighter, the air changes, and naturally… we do too.
I’ve noticed it in myself recently. I feel like I’ve been in my own version of hibernation all winter — slower, more inward, needing more rest. And now, without forcing anything, I can feel my energy starting to come back up again.
This is exactly how the body is designed to work.
We’re not separate from nature. We move with it. Winter is a time to slow down, rest, and conserve energy. Spring is when things start to open back up again. Energy lifts, mood feels lighter, and we naturally start craving fresher, more colourful foods.
Meals like this just feel right again. Lighter, more vibrant, full of colour and nutrients. And that’s not by accident. It’s your body asking for what it needs.
You don’t need to force a “reset” or jump into anything extreme.
Just start by paying attention to the shift.
Where do you feel more energy?
What foods are you craving?
What feels good for your body right now?
Let it be gradual. Let it feel natural.
Spring isn’t about doing more for the sake of it. It’s about coming back into alignment 🌿
