🎉 MILESTONE TEES ARE BACK! 🎉

100. 200. 300. And a HUGE 800 sessions 👀

A massive well done to everyone collecting their milestone tees! 💪

Every number here represents something different. 100 sessions is a brilliant achievement. 200 means you’ve really made training part of your routine. 300 shows some serious consistency.

And then there’s 800…

800 sessions dedicated to working on yourself. 800 times choosing to show up, put the work in and keep moving forwards.

That’s a LOT of hours spent getting stronger, learning new things, pushing through the sessions you really didn’t fancy and probably having a fair few laughs along the way too.

But that’s what we love about these milestones. They’re not about being the strongest person in the room or smashing a PB every time you train.

They’re about turning up again and again.

So whether you’re at 100, 200, 300, 800 or somewhere in between, you should be bloody proud of the number you’re building.

And to everyone pictured here… you’ve earned that tee! 👏🔥

Now, who’s going to be next? 👀

What an incredible transformation from Ryan. 👏

43kg down.
33cm off his waist.
Just under 30cm off his chest.

The pictures really do speak for themselves, and we couldn’t be prouder of what Ryan has achieved. He should be incredibly proud of himself too.

But what makes this journey even more impressive is that it hasn’t just been about losing weight.

Along the way, Ryan has built some serious strength. He’s always looking to do better, lift better and push himself a little further each session.

And he’s not just focused on his own progress either. He’s constantly encouraging the people around him and helping others push themselves too.

43kg is an incredible number, but the person he’s become along the way is what makes us most proud.

What a journey, Ryan. 👊

📸 Olivia’s Photoshoot! 📸

Just look at the strength Olivia has built! 💪

She has come such a long way with her training, and one of the best things to see is how she’s always pushing herself to see what she’s capable of.

And it’s not just herself she pushes. Olivia is constantly encouraging the people around her to try a heavier weight, test their strength and realise they’re probably capable of more than they think.

She might have a little moan along the way 😂 but she always gets the work done.

Session after session, she turns up, works hard and finds a way to push herself that little bit further. That consistency is exactly what has built the strength we see today.

Olivia, you should be so proud of how far you’ve come. Stronger, more confident and still pushing for more every time you walk through the doors.

Keep lifting heavy and keep encouraging everyone else to do the same! 👏💪

MORE THAN JUST PHYSICAL STRENGTH 💚

We talk a lot about getting fitter and stronger, but training can have such a positive impact on so much more than that.

Sometimes the gym gives you a place to switch off, clear your head, find a bit of routine, or simply take some time for yourself.

This review really highlights that side of what we do, and it means a lot to know that Strength Hub has been a positive place to turn to during such a difficult time.

Strength isn't always measured by the weight on the bar. ❤️

16/08/2026

“How fit do I need to be?”
You don’t. We’ll scale everything to your level.

“What if I can’t make 3 sessions every week?”
Life happens. We work around it, not against it.

“Do I have to give up chocolate?”
Absolutely not. 🍫 Your nutrition should fit your life.

“What if I’m the most unfit person there?”
Someone has to be! 😂 But honestly, everyone is too busy getting through their own workout to worry about yours.

“But what if it doesn’t work for me?”
Complete the programme and don't get results? We’ll give you DOUBLE your money back.

We’ve heard them all.
So we’ve answered the questions people usually have before joining

And if your biggest question is “What if it doesn’t work?”…
We’ve got you covered there too. 👀

Our August 6 Week Challenge is open.

✨ Member Story: Gill ✨

100 sessions is a huge milestone, but seeing how much Gill’s confidence has grown along the way makes it even more special. From being shy and unsure at first to now looking forward to coming to the gym and believing she can do hard things, it’s been amazing to watch.

In Gill’s own words:

"100 Club 💪… who even am I?! 😅

Never thought I’d be the person actually looking forward to going to the gym, but here we are. Turns out when you find the right place, it changes everything.

The coaches at The Strength Hub are next level, friendly, knowledgeable, and somehow manage to get you doing things you’d normally avoid (and even enjoy them… eventually 😆).

As someone who’s quite shy at first, this place has given me so much confidence and made me believe I can actually do hard things.

Massive thank you to The Strength Hub, the team and all the Hubbers 😍you’ve created something really special ❤️"

📸 Lainie’s Photoshoot! 📸

We absolutely loved getting these photos of Lainie, and they’re such a great reflection of the progress she’s made.

Lainie has been an amazing member of Strength Hub. She’s always smiling, always uplifting the people around her and is one of those people who brings such a positive energy into the gym.

But what’s really impressive is the strength she’s built.

She is so consistent with her training and is always looking to improve, whether that’s getting stronger, learning a new skill or simply pushing herself to do a little bit better than she did before.

She doesn’t just turn up to tick a box. She turns up ready to learn, work hard and keep progressing.

And that consistency really does show. 💪

Lainie, you should be so proud of how far you’ve come, and we’re so glad to have you as part of the Strength Hub crew! 💚

Sometimes it’s for the body. 💪
Sometimes it’s for the mind. 🧠

Sometimes it’s about getting stronger.
Sometimes it’s about feeling more confident.
Sometimes it’s about having a goal to work towards.

And sometimes, you just need an hour where you can switch off, move your body and do something for yourself.

Because training isn’t just about what happens physically.

It can help you feel stronger, more capable and more confident, but it can also be a chance to clear your head, have a laugh and spend time around people who make you feel good.

Whatever your reason for training, it all counts.

And whatever brings you through the door, we’re here to help you keep showing up. 👊

If you’ve been thinking about starting, maybe this is your sign. 👀

🎉 RECENT WINS AT STRENGTH HUB! 🎉

There’s been some serious session-counting going on lately! 👀

A massive shoutout to everyone who has recently joined the 100, 200, 400 Club and beyond! 💪🔥

Hitting these numbers is no small achievement. It’s hundreds of little decisions to turn up, get the work done, have a laugh with the people around you and keep moving forwards.

And that’s what we love about these milestones. They’re not just about the number on the board. They’re about all the sessions, conversations, PBs, tough days, good days and everything in between that got you there.

What makes it even better is getting to celebrate these wins together. 🙌

One person hits 100, someone else hits 200, another reaches 400… and the whole gym gets to give them a well-deserved cheer! 🥳

So, to everyone featured here…

Congratulations! You’ve earned it. 👏

Here’s to the next milestone! 🚀

🔥 WARRIOR NIGHT 🔥

Another Warrior Night done and what a night it was! 💪

A few rounds of hard work, a lot of noise, plenty of laughs and some serious teamwork along the way!

There’s something about these nights that brings everyone together. It doesn’t matter what level you’re at, everyone gets stuck in, pushes themselves and has someone in their corner cheering them on.

Huge well done to everyone who took part and gave it everything. Nights like this are a great reminder that training is about so much more than just what you can lift. It’s about the people you train with, the support around you and having a bloody good time while you’re at it! 💚

Already looking forward to the next one! 👀
