Can girls and women do karate?

Surprisingly we have taken several calls recently asking if girls can do karate!

Absolutely, yes! We have so many awesome girls, young ladies, and even older ladies of all grades in our dojo that it was a surprise to be asked!

Our girls have excellent technique in their kata and basics and are also strong, ferocious warriors! Here’s a glimpse of some of our talented female members pictured at our last grading!

Karate is also for all ages, so you can even train together with your family.
