Mental Awareness Month 💚

As a personal trainer, I’ve learned that fitness is about so much more than physical results. Training isn’t just about building muscle or losing weight — it’s also about building confidence, reducing stress, improving mindset, and creating space for yourself mentally.

Some days the biggest win is simply showing up.
Some workouts are therapy.
Some rest days are necessary for both your body and mind.

This month is a reminder to check in with yourself and others. Prioritise movement, rest, healthy habits, and conversations that support your mental wellbeing.

Your health is both physical AND mental — and both deserve care. 💪🧠

Friday HIIT 🥵 save this for weekend workout 🙌🏻

Workout details 👇
Set a timer for 45 seconds with 15seconds rest x3/4 rounds of each set!

⭐️walk out to press ups
⭐️3 small jumps to plyo lunge
⭐️shoulder taps (can we on knees if needed)
⭐️starfish crunch
⭐️bicycle crunches
⭐️frog jumps
⭐️burpees (take jump out for low impact)
