Peterlee Town Council is recruiting Casual Hospitality Team Members to join our team at The Pavilion.

✨ Salary: Scale 2 Point 3 – £12.85 per hour
⏰ Flexible casual hours, including evenings and weekends.
No two shifts are the same! Duties include:
🍺 Bar Service
☕ Café & Catering Support
😊 Reception & Customer Service
🎉 Events & Venue Setup
🧹 Cleaning & Facilities Duties

We're looking for people who:
✅ Enjoy working with customers
✅ Have a positive and professional attitude
✅ Work well as part of a team
✅ Are reliable, punctual and flexible
✅ Are aged 18+ due to alcohol service responsibilities

Previous hospitality, catering, bar or leisure experience is welcome, but not essential – full training will be provided.
If you're enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and want to be part of a welcoming team at one of Peterlee's busiest community venues, we'd love to hear from you.
