Easington Colliery vs Wrekenton Nou Camp Oranges⚽️🟢

A great game today against a strong Wrekenton side. It was a closely fought match with both teams showing plenty of quality throughout.

The boys put in a fantastic team performance from start to finish, working hard for each other and showing great determination all over the pitch. There was some excellent defending on display, with players making important tackles, staying organised, and supporting each other when under pressure. Going forward, the team showed brilliant attacking intent, moving the ball well, creating chances, and displaying some excellent individual skills.

A special mention goes to Roman and William, who both stepped up to go in goal while Charlie is away on holiday. Rumour has it Charlie was practising his goalkeeping dives into the swimming pool instead of being between the sticks today, but Roman and William did a fantastic job filling in!

Every player played their part in a strong all-round team display, with excellent effort, teamwork and skill shown throughout the game.

Another great result for the boys as they take home another three points!

A blazing hot day at New Ferens and the lads were on fire once again 🔥🔥🔥

We knew we were facing a really strong side this morning and the coaches lifted the lads with their team talk, giving them a few instructions which the lads executed perfectly.

Definitely one of the best sides we’ve faced up to now but this didn’t phase the green army once bit. Every single player did their job and grafted for their team, never letting their focus drop for a second.

Some brilliant battles going on and the strength and determination shown by our lads was so impressive. Some fantastic build up attacking play and great goals on display too.

Superb performances from every lad on that pitch and another well deserved 3 points on the board 💪🏼💪🏼
