We refuse to use AI to make fake shiny gym posts like everyone else, it looks s**t and none of it’s real.
Trouble is, our only actual skill is running a really good gym. So… stick men in MS Paint it is.
It’s a great gym though. Come see.
A beautiful early start at CFP!
Coach Geri is always up early to do her long endurance session at 05:30- a few weeks ago she asked if anyone was interested in popping in at 0600 to train, with a session written up on the board.
This morning, 9 people were up with the larks and in and training; something that would never have happened a year ago!

KELTX SIM CFP Plymouth 🧡
One brutal race. Zero quitters. 💪
KELTX is all about pairs, and on Sunday our members took it on two by two in some serious heat. Partner workouts hit different. You push harder, you dig deeper, and you’ve always got someone in your corner when it gets tough… and trust us, in that heat, it got tough 🥵

Hot gym summer is real and we are fully committed to it ☀️
Heat Reminder:
🌡️ It’s giving summer 🌞 Here’s how not to die when training.
Heat changes everything. Here’s what we want you to remember before you walk through the door:
Drink water before you arrive. Not just coffee. Electrolytes if you’ve got them. Don’t start a session already running dry.
Tell a coach if something feels wrong. Dizzy, sick, seeing stars….we scale, we rest, we sort it. No one’s getting a medal for pushing through heat exhaustion.
Your effort will feel harder. Adjust your expectations accordingly.
Cool down. Actually cool down. Two minutes on the floor (sunglasses optional) before you head off.
We train hard. We train smart. Same applies when it’s 25 degrees and the fans are working overtime.
