🔥 Rocky Circuit last night went down a storm! 🥊

In true Coach Darren style, he pulled no punches with this one! We worked our way through some of the most iconic exercises from the Rocky films (the important ones 😉), covering Rocky I through Rocky IV.

It was a full hour of hard work, laughs, and plenty of sweat! 💪🏼🔥

A massive well done to our fitness crew for giving it their all and embracing the challenge. You all smashed it! 👏🏼🥊💥
