Want to become stronger, fitter, more aware and better prepared?

Evolution Martial Arts Academy is launching our Men’s Only Combat Division — focused on martial arts, practical street defence and real-world awareness.

Training will include:

🥊 Martial Arts – punches, kicks, elbows, knees, combinations and pad work
🛡️ Street Defence – practical defensive skills and controlled scenarios
👀 Awareness – recognising potential danger, avoiding confrontation and making safer decisions
💪 Fitness & Conditioning – build strength, stamina and resilience
🎯 Reaction & Movement – distance, positioning, footwork and defensive reactions
🤝 Protecting Others – awareness and strategies for helping keep family and others safe
