Better conditioning, quicker recovery and improved health? Yes please!
It's fairly agreed upon that having good conditioning and being able to showcase your strength and power for longer is a handy trait to have.
However, how to do this is seemingly much less agreed upon. In the last couple of decades high intensity conditioning training has become the go-to, whilst lower intensity options were seen as less efficient.
The trouble with this is that, in reality, they offer different benefits that both go towards a good level of conditioning.
So, if you spend a lot of time doing high intensity training, trying this cardiac output style of training (courtesy of ) could be of huge benefit.
Even if you're primary activity isn't very aerobic, the health and recovery benefits of lower intensity conditioning can have a big boost on your performance.

Mindset is how you see yourself, your situation, and the world around you.
It can help you get fascinated by challenges, see failure as feedback and think of adversity as a bend in the road. It can keep you calm, positive and of the belief that you can keep improving.
It can also cause you to get frustrated by challenges, let failure define you and see adversity as the end of the road. It can cause you to panic, be anxious and negative and have you believe that "you are the way you are" and it can't be changed.
That's why it's incredibly important to foster a supportive mindset, so that you have your own little cheerleader in your head, and not your own worst enemy.
There are many great strategies, but being aware of the body language we are using, the things we are focused on and the things we are telling ourselves is a great place to start.

It feels great to wake up feeling pumped up and ready to attack your day! Often, however, that’s not the case. Our motivation levels go up and down like everything else and this is perfectly normal.
So this week we're going to take a look at what we can do to re-motivate ourselves and keep working towards the things we want. To start with let's take a deep dive on setting your goals and knowing your why!

We're running classes again! It's been a while, but we finally have classes starting again from October 11th.
