Fitness should ADD to your life, not take over your whole life. đšđŞ
Todayâs Zero Gravity Community Social looked a little different to our usual workouts⌠archery + axe throwing! đŻ
And THIS is such a big part of what I want Zero Gravity Coaching to be about.
Yes, we train.
Yes, we work towards goals.
Yes, we want to feel stronger, fitter and more confident.
But health and fitness is about so much more than what happens inside a gym.
Itâs about building a life you actually enjoy living.
Thatâs why every month I organise a Zero Gravity Community Social, an opportunity to get out, try something new, meet new people, make friends, have a laugh and step outside your comfort zone in a safe, supportive environment.
You donât need to already know anyone.
You donât need to be the most confident person in the room.
And you definitely donât need to be âgoodâ at whatever weâre doing.
You just have to show up.
Today we shot arrows, threw axes, celebrated the bullseyes (and the ones that went absolutely nowhere near đ), and spent an evening doing something completely different together.
This is what Zero Gravity is about.
Confidence.
Consistency.
Community.
And if youâve been watching from the sidelines thinking âIâd actually love to come to something like thisâŚâ, consider this your invitation.
Want to be at the next Zero Gravity Community Social?
Join my mailing list through the link in my bio.
Thatâs where Iâll be announcing the next meet up and how you can get involved.
Donât wait until you see the photos afterwards and wish youâd come.
Join the list now and be there for the next oneđ
I want you to stop asking âhow can I make my body smaller?â and start asking âwhat can I teach my body to DO?â
Because your body is capable of SO much more than fitting into a certain dress size or seeing a certain number on the scales.
Lift something you once thought was too heavy.
Get your first push up.
Work towards a pull up.
Run further.
Move better.
Feel fitter.
Become stronger.
Try something that scares you a little.
When you start setting goals around performance instead of punishment, something really powerful happensâŚ
You stop seeing your body purely for how it looks and start appreciating it for everything it allows you to experience.
And THAT is a huge part of body confidence.
You donât have to love every inch of your body every single day.
But you can build a relationship with it based on respect, capability and pride rather than constantly trying to make it take up less space.
So let me knowâŹď¸
Whatâs something youâd LOVE to be able to do with your body?
I donât care if youâre not the picture of health 24/7.
You drink the energy drink.â¨
You have the wine.â¨
You eat the takeaway.â¨
Maybe you even have habits you know arenât exactly health promoting.
Because none of us are perfect.
And no, this isnât me saying smoking, excessive drinking or living off energy drinks is healthy.
What I care about is how you show up for yourself the majority of the time.
Do you move your body?â¨
Do you fuel it well most of the time?â¨
Do you prioritise your sleep?â¨
Do you look after your mental health?â¨
Do you get back into your routines when life knocks you out of them?â¨
Do you consistently make choices that move you towards the person you want to be?
Your health isnât determined by one takeaway, one night out, one energy drink or one âimperfectâ habit.
Itâs the things you do consistently that build your lifestyle.
Iâd much rather you build a lifestyle thatâs 80% supportive of your health and you can actually sustain, than chase 100% perfection for two weeks before giving up completely.
You donât need to be perfect to be someone who takes care of themselves.
Save this for the next time you feel like youâve âruinedâ your progress because you werenât perfectđ

How chic to look back and realise that everything youâve been through helped build the person you are today.
The struggles, the risks, the lessons, the âwhat am I actually doing?!â moments⌠turns out they were all part of the story.
And thereâs still so much more to come.
Which slide was your favourite? Let me know in the comments đâŹď¸
Would you ever speak to another woman the way you speak to yourself?
Youâd never look at your best friend, your sister, your mum, your daughter or another woman you love and pick apart her stomach, her legs, her arms or the number on the scales.
You wouldnât tell her she needs to lose weight before she can wear the outfit.
You wouldnât tell her sheâd be more worthy if her body was smaller.
You wouldnât tell her she should feel ashamed of the way she looks.
So why have we normalised speaking to ourselves that way?
Your body doesnât have to be your favourite thing about yourself every single day.
Body confidence isnât about thinking you look amazing 24/7.
Sometimes itâs simply learning to give yourself the same kindness, patience and respect youâd give to someone you love.
Next time you catch yourself tearing your body apart, ask yourself:
âWould I say this to her?â
And if the answer is no, maybe you donât deserve to hear it either.
đ Save this for the days your inner critic gets a little too loud, and share it with a woman who deserves the reminder toođ
My happy place & definition of relaxing đĽđ
If youâve ever done something a little bit... unhinged... in the name of losing weight, trust me...
Youâre not alone.
When youâre desperate to lose weight, youâll try almost anything because you just want something to work.
So if youâre embarrassed by your past...
If youâve been stuck in the cycle of fad diets, detox teas, skipping meals, over exercising or chasing quick fixes...
Please know this:
đYou donât need to impress anyone
đYou donât need to pretend youâve got it all figured out.
đ And there is absolutely zero judgement here.
Iâve been there.
Iâve done it.
Iâve got the T-shirt.
Thatâs exactly why I coach the way I do.
Not with shame.
Not with guilt.
Not with another set of impossible rules.
Just realistic guidance, support and accountability that fits around real life, so you can stop starting over and finally build results you can actually keep.
