This group show are two week in. The aim to move, laugh, chat, and keep themselves strong for the things that matter most in life.
Our oldest member is 91 years young and still getting stuck in 💪 so what's your excuse?
Strength training, balance work, and regular movement become even more important as we get older and this group is proving that it’s never too late to start.
How lucky am I to spend my mornings with this lot? ❤️
