🔥 Workout Options:
✔️ 45s work / 15s rest x3 rounds
✔️ OR 3 sets of 10–15 reps

Stepping into 2026 as a personal trainer and a brand-new mum ❤️

I had my baby 8 weeks ago, and like most new mums, I expected my number one goal to be: “Lose the weight and get rid of the mum tum.”

But the truth? My body, mindset and routine have all completely changed—and that’s okay.

This year, my goals look different… and they feel so much more meaningful.

✨ Adapting to my new norm
✨ Feeling confident in my new skin
✨ Embracing the mum tum instead of hiding it
✨ Accepting the overwhelm that comes with this huge life shift
✨ Prioritising happiness, health, strength and confidence

My focus is consistent training, hitting my daily steps, moving my body with intention, and doing what makes me feel like me again.

Motherhood didn’t set me back—it’s helping me grow in ways I never expected.

Here’s to a strong, balanced and confident 2026 ❤️💪
