Today we want to give a massive THANK YOU to our coaches. ❤️🖤🤍

Thank you for the time you give up, the commitment you show, the planning, the patience, the encouragement, the feedback and everything you do to help our players and our club grow.

We appreciate everything you do, on the pitch, off the pitch and everywhere in between.

Thank you, coaches! 🦁👏🏉

🏆 DOUBLE WIN WEEKEND! 🏆

What a weekend for the club! ❤️🖤🤍

Both our Rugby Lions 🦁 and Lionesses 🦁 came away with wins this weekend! A fantastic reward for all the hard work going on behind the scenes.

We couldn’t be prouder of everyone involved. The players putting in the work, the coaches giving their time and commitment, and everyone who plays their part in making this club what it is. 👏

Wins are always something to celebrate, but it’s the work, dedication and togetherness that makes them even more special.

Two teams. One club. One very proud Rugby Lions family. ❤️🖤🤍

Let’s keep building. 🦁💪🏉

And our Player in the Spotlight is Amie Middlemiss, who has made the journey all the way back from Australia 🇦🇺 and is pulling on the Lionesses shirt today! We’re delighted to have Amie back with us and can’t wait to see her back out on the pitch. ❤️

Let’s go, Lionesses! 🏆🦁

🦁 September picture round up! 🏉❤️🖤🤍

What a month it’s been for our Lionesses!

September saw us kick off our first league game of the season, with fantastic support from our players, families, friends and supporters on the sidelines. Your support means so much! 🙌

Training has been all about putting in the work, with a big focus on tackling practice, alongside developing our skills across all areas of the game. 💪🏉

We’ve also loved seeing some of our Lionesses getting plenty of game time by heading out to support other local teams in friendly matches. It’s brilliant to see our players getting involved, supporting other clubs and helping keep women’s rugby growing across the local rugby community. ❤️

A month of hard work, learning, game time, teamwork and plenty of smiles.

September done. Now we keep building. 🦁🔥

🦁 ON & OFF THE PITCH ❤️🖤🤍

Today wasn’t the result we wanted, with 5–40 loss. But one result doesn’t define this team.

On and off the pitch, the Lionesses always support one another, through the tough moments, the good moments and everything in between. There’s always a smile, plenty of laughs and a team that has each other’s backs. 🏉❤️

Next week brings a new match, a new challenge, but the same great team.

We go again. 🦁💪
