⚠️ STOP USING YOUR Hollis 200LX IMMEDIATELY

Reason for this notice—

Huish Outdoors has received reports that certain Hollis 200LX second-stage regulators may experience separation or cracking of internal components, either before or after a dive.

Preliminary findings suggest that some units may be more vulnerable to impact damage — especially if the second stage is dropped or hit near the adjustable inhalation control. Damage in this area can compromise the inlet tube assembly and cause the regulator to stop functioning properly.

Although no failures have been reported during an active dive, such a malfunction underwater could present a serious drowning risk. Out of caution, this Stop Use advisory is being issued while a full technical evaluation is completed and a corrective solution is prepared.

Required actions
• Do not use this regulator for diving.
• Remove the unit from service immediately.
• Do not attempt repairs, alterations, or continued operation.

Next steps / Remedy

Huish Outdoors is currently preparing:
• The necessary replacement components
• A standardized retrofit procedure to be carried out by authorized service technicians

A follow-up communication will provide:
• Details on parts availability
• Repair instructions for dealers
• Region-specific customer support guidance

Please let us know if you’ve purchased this regulator from us within the stated timeframe.
