For those who want to start somewhere they’ll be looked after…
Our 4-week beginner course is a proper introduction to Pilates, built week by week, in a small group where you’ll be taught by teachers who actually know what they’re doing and genuinely care how you get on.
Over the four Fridays you’ll build strength, ease tension, and start to feel the difference in how you move - in the studio and in everyday life
Starts Friday 10th July at 10.30am

3 THINGS TO LOOK FOR WHEN STARTING PILATES:
1️⃣ Ask what happens at your first class
A good teacher should want to know what hurts, what activities matter to you, and what you’re hoping to get back to. Not only whether you’ve done Pilates before
2️⃣ Find out how much individual attention you’ll actually get
If a teacher can’t see you properly, they can’t help you properly. Smaller classes mean your technique gets corrected, your exercises get adapted, and your confidence gets built safely, at your pace
3️⃣ A great Pilates teacher doesn’t just work around your pain, they help you understand it
Why it might be happening, which movements help, and how to gradually build strength around it. That’s the difference between managing a problem and actually making progress
More tips on starting a new Pilates class coming in this Sunday’s newsletter. Reg through the link in the bio to be added to the list! 📨
