Fairfields Farm riding school and livery is a small and quiet yard based on the outskirts of Ryde on the Isle of Wight. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside offering many downland hacks and beach riding. We are licenced by the Isle of Wight Council (Ref LIC/24/1375/RIDEST) and are fully insured. We offer a fully personalised service catering for all ages and abilities. Including horse riding lessons, hacks, birthday parties, pony days, camps and other horse activities and experiences.

☀️The weather is scorching but that doesn’t stop our keen equestrians practicing for our up coming shows. We have the 2nd in our dressage series this Sunday, followed by the 4th event in our showjumping series on Sunday, 19th July. Just remember to bring your pony! 🤣🤣🐴

🚨Don't forget it is the second event in our Summer Dressage Series next Sunday!
Dressage is the foundation of all equestrian disciplines, training both horse and rider to achieve harmony, flexibility and obedience through subtle aids.
All class details below. 👉 PRE-ENTRIES ONLY - all entries must be submitted by the Friday before each event.
Good luck and keep practising this week, the tests will be printed in the kitchen if you need a reminder or a friend to read them out.

🐴 This pair just gets better and better. Having won most of the classes in our jumping series over the last few years, they have opted to do this series without a bridle! Such a bond and superb horsemanship. Well love watching this pair. Now all the kids want to try it!

🥇It was a double first for this little lady today.
1st in our 1st hole cross pole showjumping class at Fairfield’s today on the lovely Tyson.
Followed by a trip out in the horse box to Little Kennerlys Farm to win 1st in the lead rein class on Ross the Boss! 🥇
