*no class BH Monday!
Friday get up and get it done before it heats up and Saturday and Sunday (all being well 🤞🏻) we will ((BOUNCE)) outside!
Bring your sunglasses and hats just in case and don’t forget to set those alarms and leap out of bed!
Working out early means more ice creams and a little glass or two in the afternoons 😉🥳

*Tuesdays 6.30pm class has a large waiting list, we have spaces Monday at the same time if you fancied trying a different day OR come an hour later for the 7.40pm class on Tuesday! Don’t miss your ((B)) fix 😘
Please also note that next Monday is a BH so the Tuesday classes will be busier next week, don’t say we didn’t warn you 🤪😂

📣 Listen up team 📣
Did you know that a person over 25 years old needs to do 2-3 hours of MODERATE exercise per week simply to MAINTAIN health and fitness. 'Moderate' exercise is considered to be things like walking the dog, swimming or an easy bike ride.
But if you want to DROP WEIGHT or see improved fitness gains then it needs to be a "minimum of 3 hours of INTENSE exercise". The big difference is the word 'intense' so it's a massive change in the physical exertion required for those 3 hours e.g a ((BOUNCE)) class.
