Meet Raymond not David β today he proudly picked up his Silver Smokefree Badge after staying quit for 3 months π
I apologise wholeheartedly Raymond! It seems Sue got a little bit too excited at you getting Silver π₯ π₯.
He popped into the South Community Hub Library for his carbon monoxide check and left with a huge smile⦠and a message for anyone thinking about quitting:
βItβs a good service that helps anyone in St Helens to quit smoking. Coming to the library and having a carbon monoxide reading taken inspires you to stay quit. Anyone thinking of quitting should ring Smokefree and give it a go. I never thought I would ever quit β but I have.β
We LOVE to see success stories like this β and did you know you can get Smokefree support right in your local library? How amazing is that! πβ¨
If you are ready (yes you are ready!) to start your own journey, our team is here to help every step of the way.
Call, we have appointments this week, 01744 371111.

This morning I stepped in as First Mate for our Men's Wellbeing session at Park Farm while Captain Paul enjoys some well-deserved annual leave. β
The crew put in a great effort with some chair-based exercises and certainly earned their brew and banana! We also solved a few of life's important questions, including football debates and the surprising discovery that some things we call fruits are actually herbs. π
πΏ
A great morning of movement, conversation and plenty of laughs. Hopefully I kept the ship steady until the captain returns! π
If you would like to attend please call 01744 371111.
