A week in the life ✨
I genuinely love every part of what I do.
From being a full-time mum and spending precious time with my family, to teaching Pilates, supporting incredible clients, and running my two studios, every day brings something different—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
You’ll usually find me cooking healthy meals, catching up with friends, spending time with my partner, taking the dog out for a walk, or heading to the yard to be with the horses I rent out. No matter how busy life gets, making time for the things and people I love is what keeps me feeling my best.
My love for horses and the equestrian world has always been a huge part of who I am. There’s nothing quite like being around them. Weather it’s the freedom, the connection, and the joy they bring.
Life is busy, sometimes chaotic, but it’s filled with so many things I’m passionate about, and I feel incredibly grateful to do what I love every single day. 🤍✨🐴

Laura has always had her heart set on helping people, and stories like Lyndsey’s are exactly why she does what she does. ❤️
As a busy mum, Lyndsey was struggling with pelvic floor issues and mobility, which were affecting her daily life more than most people realised. Determined to find a solution, she began working with Laura through Pilates — and the results have been nothing short of incredible.
Through Laura’s expertise, support, and tailored approach, Lyndsey has regained strength, confidence, and improved mobility. She is a truly strong and inspiring woman who has committed herself to her health despite the demands of motherhood and everyday life.
Seeing Lyndsey happier, stronger, and more comfortable in her own body is exactly what it’s all about. We’re so proud of everything she has achieved and grateful to be part of her journey.

Leila is sadly leaving us for Bermuda 🇧🇲 of all places 😱
Leila has worked at MFP every week for 2 years and has been an absolute delight as an instructor. She makes everyone work hard but importantly has a laugh in class!
We’re all going to miss Leila loads
We wish her all the best in her new adventure… and no we’re not travelling through the Bermuda triangle to visit you 😬😂😅😂

Every year we’re so impressed with all of the fun activities the British Dietetic Association run and they get more and more inventive every year. We can’t wait to hear about the Dietetic journeys out there!

I recently completed one of my absolute bucket list adventures - a riding holiday 🐎
The chance to horse ride every single day for hours without a care in the world… apart from trying to stay on whilst galloping across winding green forests, sandy firebreaks, blue seas and endless beaches 😂
I’m definitely not the best rider, and I still struggle with my foot and knee position in and out of the saddle… so how I stayed on all week is honestly beyond me 😅 But so many people said it was my Pilates that kept me strong enough to manage it, and I’d have to agree. Engaging my core constantly definitely helped me survive the adventure 💪🏼 thank goodness!
The whole holiday was truly 5⭐️ with . The hosts, the food, the horses, and the level of care the horses receive was absolutely impeccable.
But more importantly, a massive shoutout to the amazing ladies I spent the week with. We laughed, we cried, and we made memories I’ll never forget ❤️
As Pilates instructors and studio owners, it’s so important to take time away to relax, reset and reflect. We spend so much of our lives looking after everyone else that stepping away now and again is essential to avoid burnout and come back feeling inspired and re-energised.
I honestly had the BEST time ever and I already can’t wait to do it all again next year
