And whilst I’ve been away, the wonderful Yoga and infant/baby massage teacher - Salisbury, Wiltshire and - Leah & Louise - have been running my classes at The Ed Lodge Studio - thanks so much to both - so great to have a supportive teaching community 🙏

After teaching Park Yoga in Salisbury yesterday, I flew off to Mallorca for a few days break with some friends and am leaving you in the very capable hands of Yoga and infant/baby massage teacher - Salisbury, Wiltshire and at The Ed Lodge Studio this week 🙏

You can join Leah on Monday at 10am (today!) & Wednesday at 6, or you can join Louise on Thursday at 10 ☺️

I’ll be back at Park Yoga on Sunday and back in the studio next week.

Its been quite a week - beginning with our last couple of days on retreat in Portugal Emily including an afternoon in the hot and beautiful Lisbon 🤩 back to the Ed Lodge Studio on Wednesday and Thursday, before returning to Park Yoga (Salisbury) this morning - loved being away and equally it’s so good to be back!

Hope you’ve had a lovely weekend - I imagine a few people might be a little tired this morning after a late night supporting England?

Just shouting this out from our beautiful retreat in Portugal - home on Wednesday, what a wonderful few days we have had so far ❤️

And whilst I’ve been away the lovely Yoga and infant/baby massage teacher - Salisbury, Wiltshire has been running it all back in Salisbury - a very warm Park Yoga yesterday and then 10am Hatha at The Ed Lodge Studio today ☺️
