On Sunday the boys hosted Handsworth Boys ambers JFC a team from A Divison who have just won their league what a great opportunity it was to play such a talented team, the boys didn’t stop playing till the final whistle and a shoutout to Eesa who put his gloves 🧤 back on after a full season outfield to help his team as our current goal keeper hit a trail with Sheffield Wednesday Acdemy 👏

The boys were knocked out of the cup to a great side wish Handsworth all the best.

The boys turned up today on what turned out to be a great game from the diamonds after going down it seemed to have woke the team up a great equaliser & they didnt stop there, some great movement across the pitch and the goals started flowing in.

Hosting Frechville at home in our first cup round game yesterday evening was always going to be a great game between 2 teams who have always had strong close games.

The game started strong from both sides showing good signs of taking early leads but again defensively and both keepers doing enough to keep it out.

Frechville took the lead going into HT going 1-0.

The boys needed to react quickly and in the 2nd half & pulled 1 back.

Frechville again took the lead and DD were on the back foot but the boys showed great resilience and character to equalise once again and lift the team up to continue driving the game and find the winning goal to see the game out.

It was a great game to watch and some strong battles on the field at times.
