🕺✨ ACC PLAYER TAKES ON STRICTLY TED! ✨🕺

One of our own, Jamie “Bobba” Pearson, is stepping right outside his comfort zone and taking part in Strictly Ted — a Strictly Come Dancing-style challenge in aid of the fantastic Team Ted Foundation. 🧡

Jamie will be swapping his cricket spikes for dancing shoes… this could be interesting! 😂🕺

He’ll be learning to dance and hopefully putting on a performance to remember, all while raising as much money as possible for a fantastic cause.

We’d love everyone at ACC to get behind Jamie & Phoebe and show them some support! 🧡

Any donation, no matter how big or small, would mean a lot and help Team Ted Foundation continue the amazing work they do.

Good luck Bobba & Phoebe… we expect top marks for the dancing! 😂🕺💃

💙 WHAT A SEASON FOR OUR U18s! 💙

A huge congratulations to our Anston CC U18s on a fantastic 2026 season! 👏🏏

The lads were unbeaten throughout the league, winning every game played and earning their place at Finals Day.

They then produced another brilliant performance in the semi-final, beating Sheffield United CC by 6 wickets to book their place in the final.

Sadly, the final didn’t go our way, with Sheffield Collegiate CC winning by 55 runs. But reaching the final after such an outstanding league campaign is a fantastic achievement.

You should all be incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved this season. The character, commitment and team spirit shown throughout the year has been brilliant to see. 💙

Well done lads — what a season! 👏

A huge thank you to our main club sponsor Joe Solar for your continued support. 💙

Callum,

In such a short space of time, you’ve made a massive impression at Anston Cricket Club and you’ll always be fondly remembered by everyone at ACC.

And what a season you’ve had! 19 games, 991 runs, an average of 55.06, a top score of 134, eight 50s and two centuries, striking at 85.43 — numbers that show just how big an impact you’ve had on the field. 🏏🔥

But it’s not just the runs and performances that will be remembered. It’s the character, the laughs, the commitment and the memories you’ve created along the way. In such a short time, you’ve become part of the Anston family and you’ll go down as a true ACC legend.

Thank you for everything you’ve given to the club, Callum. We hope you’ve enjoyed your time with us as much as we’ve enjoyed having you.

Safe travels home, mate. Hopefully this isn’t goodbye forever — just until next time.

Once ACC, always ACC. 💙

From everyone at Anston Cricket Club — thank you, legend! 🏏💙
