⚽ AG U11s 2025/26 Presentation Evening ⚽

What an incredible way to celebrate a fantastic season for the AG U11s as players, coaches, parents and supporters came together for an unforgettable Presentation Evening.

The night was all about recognising the hard work, dedication and development shown by every single player throughout the 2025/26 campaign. From the first training session to the final whistle of the season, the team has continued to grow both on and off the pitch, displaying commitment, teamwork and a real passion for football.

Each player was welcomed to the stage to receive their well-earned trophy and individual recognition, creating proud moments for families and teammates alike. Smiles, applause and plenty of photographs captured the spirit of the evening, with every player celebrated for their contribution to the team.

Special recognition was also given to the coaches and volunteers whose time, effort and commitment have helped create a positive environment where every child has been able to develop, enjoy the game and build lasting friendships.

The presentation wasn’t just about awards – it was a celebration of a season full of memorable matches, hard-fought performances, fantastic goals and countless moments of teamwork and sportsmanship. The team photo, with every player proudly holding their trophy, perfectly summed up what AG is all about: unity, development and enjoyment.

A huge thank you goes to all the parents, families and supporters who have backed the team throughout the season. Your encouragement from the sidelines, help behind the scenes and commitment to the club have played a massive part in another successful year.

As one season comes to an end, excitement is already building for the next challenge. With the talent, attitude and togetherness shown by this group, the future is incredibly bright for the AG U11s.

🍔 AG Sport x Burger’n’Brew Appreciation Post 🍔

A huge thank you to Martin and the entire Burger’n’Brew team for their fantastic support over the last three Sundays at our AG Sport summer events.

From the moment they arrived, they brought incredible energy, friendly service, and some of the best burgers around. Players, coaches, parents, and spectators have all enjoyed the amazing food, making each event even more special.

Their commitment, professionalism, and willingness to support grassroots sport have been outstanding, and it’s been a pleasure having them as part of the AG Sport family for the past 3 weekends.

Running a busy food truck at sporting events is no easy task, but Martin and his team have delivered with a smile every single week.

Here’s to many more successful events together. If you’re looking for top-quality burgers and excellent service, Burger’n’Brew comes highly recommended.

⚽ AG Sport Welcomes Three New Teams to Pre-Season Training

Tonight was another fantastic evening for AG Sport as we welcomed three of our newest teams to training – the U9s, U10s and U12s – as preparations continue for the upcoming season.

The session was packed with energy, enthusiasm and plenty of smiles as players from all three age groups took part in a variety of activities designed to develop their technical ability, teamwork and confidence on the ball.

The U9s showed great excitement and eagerness to learn, working hard on their ball control, passing and movement. The young players embraced every challenge and demonstrated excellent attitudes throughout the session.

The U10s continued to build on their development with drills focused on possession, communication and decision-making. The players worked together brilliantly and showed real determination during the small-sided games.

Meanwhile, the U12s were put through their paces with more game-realistic scenarios, encouraging quick transitions, intelligent movement and competitive match play. The group displayed excellent effort and a strong desire to improve as they prepare for the season ahead.

Across all age groups, the coaching team were delighted with the commitment, behaviour and enthusiasm shown by every player. Seeing so many young footballers enjoying the game and developing their skills is exactly what AG Sport is all about.

As we continue to grow, it is exciting to see these new teams coming together and building strong foundations both on and off the pitch. The future looks bright for the U9s, U10s and U12s, and we can’t wait to see their progress throughout the season.

What a fantastic day of football at the AG Sport U7s & U8s Tournament.

A huge congratulations to every player who took part throughout the day. The effort, enthusiasm, teamwork, and sportsmanship on display were a credit to all the clubs, coaches, and families involved. It was brilliant to see so many young players enjoying the game, making new friends, and creating lasting memories.

We would also like to thank all participating clubs, coaches, referees, volunteers, and supporters for helping make the event such a success. Youth football thrives because of the commitment and dedication shown by everyone involved, and today was a great example of that.

Most importantly, well done to every young player who stepped onto the pitch. The smiles, effort, and enjoyment shown throughout the day are what grassroots football is all about.
