A week ago, we held our annual BBQ. It was a great day to catch up with colleagues, families (including pets!), great food, and plenty of sunshine ☀️

Today marks World Youth Skills Day, recognising the importance of equipping young people with the skills and experience that are key for their future careers.

We spoke to our younger team members about what their opportunities at Lightmain have meant to them and how they have helped develop their skills, confidence, and career aspirations.
