⚽️ Just to let you all know, I am unable to take on any NEW clients for 1:1 sessions as I am fully booked up - when slots become available again, I will let you all know. A very wet and windy Friday night 121 training session! We focused on gaining Goal Keeping skills, practicing different techniques to gain confidence.🥅⚽️👏

Tonight’s 1:1 session was with Summer, who wants to gain skills as a Goal Keeper. We worked on gaining Summers confidence with catching and diving, which can be scary to begin with. It was brilliant to see Summers confidence grow throughout the session!👏⚽️🥅
