…Now that is my bag! It’s a transformation that some dream of, some don’t dare start and others think it will be hard. The hardest bit is deciding. Deciding to do something to change your life. The rest is a piece of cake if you are committed. Oh, I assure you there will be cake, I love cake. You have me by your side. Empowerment coach, Hypnotherapist, EFT practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Speaker, Trainer, Author and general cheerleader. I stand with you, beside you, behind you, and in front of you. Where I stand with you, is exactly where you need me. Years ago, I used apply makeup to women and some men, I loved seeing their transformation in the mirror. They looked a million dollars. But once the make-up faded so was their confidence. I’ve been there too. My confidence, self-worth and self-esteem was in my boots. I didn’t feel I belonged in that world of effortless beauty and designer clothes. I was struggling to run a business, hold down my employed career, start a family and my parents health was beginning to fail. I was all things to everyone but nothing to myself. Looking in from the outside, I had it all - a career, side-hustle business, fab husband, beautiful home. I was on the verge of running my beauty business full time. But, I felt like a big fat failure and fraud. We neglect what is important, until we forget what is important. I worked hard and I did it. I built that business, I grew my network, I left the career, I kept the husband and I adopted two kids along the way and welcomed four dogs into our home. I support many people just like you. I “get” my clients. I see them, I hear them I notice the things they no longer notice. You know the saying if you always do what you always did…? We do things differently to get different results. No matter if we work together one to one, online or I am presenting a workshop at your place of work. You get the 100% authentic me because that is all I can be now. I help you to own your emotions, not reject them and to embrace and celebrate the good the bad, and the ugly in your life. Because that is what life is about. Personal development growth and finding your inner peace is not putting a sticking plaster over any of the stuff you don’t want to think about it is about severing those connections to become a lighter, brighter and more you, You!
