Great 3 days of camp this week in a relaxed fun environment. It was a warm one 🥵 Every player was amazing with effort+understanding 👏
A quiet week for us with lots of regular campers away on holiday (which we don’t blame them for! 😂)

Resistance and footwork drill
Working with the older lionesses, we constantly say to this age now it’s so important to start S+C type sessions alongside technical training to help with the prevention of injuries.
