Founded by our Lead Instructor Greg Hegarty 6th Dan in 2011. We began life at a local church hall with only a handful of students, we have now progressed to our own purpose built full time dojo (training hall)

Having produced many British, European and World Champions we are now recognised as not only one of the largest most successful clubs in the region but the whole country! We hold various classes throughout the week, accommodating Men, Women and Children of all ages, from complete beginner to elite level athletes. Our classes are designed to improve fitness, flexibility, confidence and self awareness in a positive friendly environment.

Today we took a small, inexperienced but enthusiastic team to the KUGB National Kyu Grade Championships in Derby.

This was a fantastic opportunity for our members to gain valuable experience within the competition arena.

All members tried their best and represented the club impeccably.

A couple of special mentions. Firstly to Radha who performed outstandingly, receiving medals in all 3 categories she entered.

Then, brothers Adam & Deen competing for the first time as newly promoted Red belts, narrowly missing out on the finals.

Thank you to Felipe, Olivia, Olly and Stuart for coaching on the day.

Thank you to the parents for their support.
