✨ I’m heading back to the gorgeous Eleven Oldswinford in Oldswinford! ✨

After such a lovely skincare workshop there a few months ago, I’m really excited to be back — this time with ALL of the TROPIC Festive Collection 🎄🎁

I’ll be there at Eleven gift shop & Florist for a Late Night Shopping evening on Thursday 22nd October, 3–9pm, with the full collection out for you to see, smell, try and explore.

Hidden away at the bottom of my garden in Knowle is my little home gym — The Wellness Shed.

My sessions are small, friendly and welcoming, with a maximum of just 6 people.

We mix it up with:
💪 Strength
❤️ Cardio
🧘‍♀️ Mobility
😂 And usually plenty of chatting and laughing in between!

You absolutely do not need to be fit to start. Everything can be adapted to your level and there’s no pressure, no intimidating gym environment and no trying to keep up with anyone else.

🌅 I’m currently running early morning sessions at 7am on Tuesdays & Thursdays — perfect for getting it done before the day gets going!

And if you fancy seeing what it’s like, your first session is completely FREE.

✨💜 THE GLAMMIES 2026 🤎✨

What a FUN day! 💚🥂

A whole day of dressing up, celebrating, recognition, freebies and getting the first look, smell and feel of all 13 brand-new festive gift sets 🎄✨

And the Advent Calendar… honestly, it’s just RIDICULOUSLY fabulous 😍🎁 Plus some very exciting new product launches coming your way!

The whole day was themed around Pure Imagination 🍫🍭 — think chocolate, sweets, incredible shows, acrobatics and even an actual CAROUSEL! 🎠😂 Throw in some gorgeous food & drinks and some really inspiring charity speakers and it was such a brilliant day.

But one of my favourite parts was simply spending time with the whole Tropic community and our gorgeous team. 💚

We are hosting a Tropic Ambassador Information Evening TONIGHT and if you’ve ever been curious about what I do, or wondered whether you could earn some extra income alongside everything else you already have going on, I’d love you to join us.

Just a heads-up… Lindsey has a lot of energy. 😂

She’ll probably have three new ideas before you’ve finished your first conversation, invite you to a skincare workshop, convince you to try a workout, and somehow have you considering becoming a Tropic Ambassador by the time you leave. 💚

She’s competitive — mainly with herself — and once she sets herself a goal, she becomes slightly obsessed with achieving it. 🇲🇽😂

She talks fast, thinks faster, has approximately 47 things on the go at any one time and will regularly announce another ‘little idea’ that is absolutely not little.

She’s incredibly sociable and will talk to pretty much anyone, but underneath all that confidence she’s a massive softie — especially where her family is concerned.

She’ll overthink things, ask 15 questions, change her mind, change it back again… and then usually just go with her original idea. 😂

Oh, and don’t casually agree to ‘pop round for a quick Tropic thing’ unless you’ve got a couple of hours spare.

What a weekend at ! 💚

Three days filled with facials, skincare workshops, introducing new people to Tropic, helping people feel more confident in their skin, and sharing the benefits of gorgeous natural skincare.

It was also so lovely to spend the weekend with my gorgeous tropic teamies & and catch up with customers and friends I met at last year’s festival.

Add in camping, (the woodland spa), amazing food, yoga, fantastic entertainment (with definitely being my new fave! 🎶), and it really was a weekend to remember.

This is why I love Tropic. Helping people, meeting amazing people, building friendships, and having experiences like this while doing something I’m genuinely passionate about.

I feel incredibly lucky to call this my job. 💚✨

Looking forward to doing it all again next weekend 😊
