The fresh start feeling of the first of September isn’t just in your head. It may be social conditioning from that first day of school feeling, but mainly it is a very real shift in nature. As we move from summer, into autumn to prepare for a bitter winter, our surroundings begin to prepare for its shed and ultimately a huge transition.
September is our favourite new year, and a perfect window of the year to form new habits and routines.

Yep, that’s right! Our veteran coach, , brought her team in for what they thought was a team-building session… only to surprise them by taking the class herself! 💪🔥
Safe to say Rach slipped straight back into coach mode and definitely put the girls through their paces!

This week we celebrated 1 year of PWR! 🖤
One whole year of owning my own business. One year of lessons learned, happy tears and sad tears, stress, highs, lows, and everything in between.
Over the last 12 months, I’ve watched new friendships blossom, and our special little community continues to grow stronger. The loyalty, support, and encouragement so many of these girls have shown me has been truly unmatched. 🖤
Owning the studio has taught me so much. It’s challenged me, pushed me out of my comfort zone, and definitely helped me grow a thicker skin. Through it all, I’ve never been more proud of what we’ve built together.
I’m incredibly proud of my amazing team Amelia ✨ LeonieFitness🔥🩷 and. Shanice Kay and so grateful for every single one of my girls who has walked through our doors, supported us, and been part of this journey.
Here’s to many more years of PWR, more growth, more memories, and continuing to empower women every step of the way. 🖤
