Let me introduce myself,

My name is Ami & I love everything sport and performance.

I understand different types of training and how it can feel to be injured and I respect the hard work that goes into your training, let me give you my background and why I understand ⬇️

I am a qualified sports therapist from Glasgow, now living in Stirling. I have a broad background in sports starting in competitive combat sport: MMA/ boxing and Brazilian jiu jitsu, I have competed and coached in these sports. I have played rugby and I am now a competitive strength athlete, participating in strongwoman and powerlifting whilst still heavily involved in combat sport.
