Today we celebrate the mums, step-mums, grans, mother figures, and all the incredible women who support, guide and inspire us every day. We’re also thinking of those whose mums are no longer with them, and those for whom today may feel a little difficult. Please know you are very much in our thoughts. 💐

Just a reminder that class is on today, so if you’d like to celebrate with a bit of music, movement and good vibes, come along and join us!
