Important information for registering subs for the new season.
Adult players: register and pay your subs
Log in to GMS using your existing account, or create one if youβre new. Recover forgotten login details rather than creating another account.
Register or renew. New players: add Yarm RUFC under My Organisations, then select Register to Play. Returning players: select Renew Player Registration (Adult). Check your details and submit.
Find your subs. On your Yarm profile, open Quick Links and select the purchase option directly above Buy Products.
Choose your team. Select Senior Men's (Eagles) or Senior Women's (Swifts), then Add to Basket.
Review and pay. Check your name and subs, then select Checkout. Choose Pay in full or Pay in Instalments. For monthly payments, select your preferred payment day and check the schedule before completing checkout.
Juniors: parent/guardian guide
Log in to your parent or guardian GMS account. If youβre new, create your own account first.
Add or find your child under Family and Friends. If they arenβt listed, select Add / Add Person. Link an existing record if GMS finds one, or contact the club for help.
Register your child. Open their profile, select Register to a club and find Yarm RUFC. Returning children should follow the renewal prompt. Check their details, medical information and emergency contacts, then submit.
Find their subs. With your child selected, open Yarmβs Quick Links and select the purchase option directly above Buy Products.
Choose the correct junior option. Select the appropriate individual or family subs and Add to Basket. Read Information to check what each option covers. If paying for multiple children, check family options first.
Check and pay. Open Basket, check the recipient and selected subs, then Checkout. Choose Pay in full or Pay in Instalments and check the payment schedule before completing checkout.
Registration and subs payment are separate steps. Monthly amounts can vary, so use the schedule shown in GMS.
